Seems like, whenever we get significant snow in Birmingham, it's always in March. Sure enough, Sunday, which was March 1, gave us several inches of beautiful, powdery snow. We got out and played in it for a little while about midday and by the afternoon it was mostly gone. Today there are still traces here and there and several big snowmen dotting around town. It's really strange to see a giant huge snowman on a grassy green lawn I must say. Maybe, if there's still one left tomorrow, I can get a photo.
